O criminoso foi pego por populares, que o acompanharam at\u00e9 o bairro Jardim Tropical e o detiveram.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.olhardireto.com.br\/noticias\/exibir.asp?noticia=Ladroes_levam_R_11_mil_de_frigorifico_dinheiro_pagaria_funcionarios&amp;id=334259\"><br \/>\n<\/a>A ocorr\u00eancia aconteceu por volta das 12h30 de ontem, quando os policiais do 1\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o em rondas pelo bairro foram acionados pelo Ciosp e conseguiram impedir que Davi Gomes de Oliveira, 34, autor do crime, fosse linchado pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/h3>\n<p>Quando os militares chegaram, Davi j\u00e1 estava sendo espancado pelos homens que conseguiram fazer a captura. Na delegacia, a v\u00edtima contou que estava saindo do banheiro quando o suspeito pulou seu muro e disse que queria seu celular.<\/p>\n<p>Em seguida o homem a obrigou tirar a roupa. Com a negativa da\u00a0v\u00edtima,\u00a0ele foi pra cima\u00a0e entrou em luta corporal. A\u00a0mulher gritou os vizinhos e Davi pulou o muro e fugiu.<\/p>\n<p>O irm\u00e3o da v\u00edtima chamou alguns amigos que conseguiram fazer a deten\u00e7\u00e3o do homem no bairro vizinho. Davi foi preso pela primeira vez e levado ao Cisc Planalto para ser interrogado. De acordo com os policiais do 1\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o, ele deve ser autuado por roubo e tentativa de estupro.
