O material estava dentro de um carro de passeio. Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal, os dois fazem parte de uma quadrilha interestadual de falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandio de uso veicular.
