Apesar de alegar inoc\u00eancia, ele foi condenado e multado por um tribunal de Dubai.<br \/>\nAl\u00e9m de tr\u00eas meses de pris\u00e3o, o juiz Mohammad Jamal multou o r\u00e9u em R$ 1.635. Ap\u00f3s a decis\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a, o homem dever\u00e1 ser deportado.
