Ele descobriu, no final de 2014, que era portador de um tipo de c\u00e2ncer raro. O jovem estava internado desde o dia 26 de maio para sess\u00f5es de quimioterapia, no Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas da Universidade Federal de Uberl\u00e2ndia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O av\u00f4 do modelo, que o acompanhou durante o tratamento, disse que a morte foi uma surpresa para a fam\u00edlia, e todos estavam muito abalados. Celso acreditava que ia se recuperar, como afirmou em uma entrevista recente, antes de voltar a ser internado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de morrer, ele havia demonstrado vontade de contar sua hist\u00f3ria de vida em uma biografia.
