O despacho, publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado, \u00e9 resultado de procedimento administrativo por envolvimento com roubo de gado no interior de Mato Grosso.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O processo foi remetido \u00e0 Procuradoria-Geral do Estado (PGE), ap\u00f3s a Corregedoria da Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria Civil e o Conselho Superior de Pol\u00edcia entenderam a necessidade da demiss\u00e3o do delegado.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em abril de 2009, Sottani foi acionado pelo dono de uma fazenda para investigar um roubo de gado. Depois de descobrir que os animais estavam em uma fazenda em Porto Esperidi\u00e3o (326 km a oeste da Capital), o delegado alugou um avi\u00e3o para ir at\u00e9 o local. Sottani teria recebido dinheiro do dono da fazenda para n\u00e3o tomar as medidas cab\u00edveis no caso.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sottani respondia tamb\u00e9m outro processo, pelo crime de tr\u00e1fico de drogas. Em dezembro do ano passado, o juiz Andre Luiz Novaes Miguel, da Comarca de Catal\u00e3o, em Goi\u00e1s, absolveu o da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o. Na senten\u00e7a, o magistrado considerou que \u201cn\u00e3o existe prova suficiente para uma condena\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. Sottani foi preso em 2010.
