Policiais civis da Delegacia Especializada de Defesa da Mulher de Cuiab\u00e1 deram cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o na quinta-feira (01).<\/p>\n<p>Contra o acusado correm dois inqu\u00e9ritos policiais na delegacia especializada por crimes constantes no C\u00f3digo Penal, com agravamentos da\u00a0Lei n\u00ba 11.340\/06 (Maria da Penha). O Judici\u00e1rio expediu ordem de pris\u00e3o preventiva por descumprimento de\u00a0medidas protetivas de afastamento do idoso com a v\u00edtima C.D, 49.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civi, em fevereiro deste ano, a v\u00edtima procurou a delegacia relatando ter sido amea\u00e7ada de morte por Jo\u00e3o, que tamb\u00e9m vinha a perseguindo e vigiando por onde andasse.<\/p>\n<p>O investigado, desconhecendo haver mandado de pris\u00e3o contra ele, compareceu \u00e0 Delegacia para procedimento de oitiva, momento em que foi dado voz de pris\u00e3o ao suspeito.
