O promotor F\u00e1bio dos Santos Oliveira, da Comarca de Bom Jardim, explicou que a pris\u00e3o atende a um pedido do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como conta o &#8220;G1&#8221;, Lidiane foi levada pela Pol\u00edcia Civil para a sede da SECCOR (Superintend\u00eancia de Combate \u00e0 Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o), em S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, acompanhada por tr\u00eas advogados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A decis\u00e3o do juiz Raphael Leite Guedes foi de pris\u00e3o domiciliar sem o uso de tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, segundo o promotor, corre em segredo de justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lidiane ficou conhecida como &#8220;prefeita ostenta\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; por levar uma vida de luxo e exibir nas redes sociais. Ela foi condenada em mar\u00e7o deste ano por improbidade administrativa. Em setembro, R$ 12 milh\u00f5es foram bloqueados da conta da ex-prefeita por determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.
