Ao todo, foram realizados mais de 20 atendimentos, incluindo consultas m\u00e9dicas, renova\u00e7\u00f5es de receitas e acompanhamentos do programa Hiperdia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"864\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-50842 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/namiradalei.com.br\/barradobugres\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Saude-no-Vao-Grande-2-e1754503914247.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"585\" \/>O Hiperdia \u00e9 um sistema do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade voltado ao cadastramento e acompanhamento de pacientes com hipertens\u00e3o arterial e diabetes mellitus atendidos na rede ambulatorial do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS). O programa auxilia no controle das doen\u00e7as, oferecendo melhor acesso a medicamentos e insumos, reduzindo riscos de complica\u00e7\u00f5es e contribuindo para a qualidade de vida dos pacientes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"1183\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-50843 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/namiradalei.com.br\/barradobugres\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Saude-no-Vao-Grande-1-e1754504047284.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"589\" \/>A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a presen\u00e7a do <strong>m\u00e9dico Dr. Elton Cruz, da enfermeira Luciane Paes, da t\u00e9cnica em enfermagem Patr\u00edcia e do agente comunit\u00e1rio de sa\u00fade Arlindo da Silva.<\/strong> A iniciativa refor\u00e7a o compromisso da gest\u00e3o municipal com a aten\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 sa\u00fade, garantindo assist\u00eancia cont\u00ednua aos moradores da zona rural.<\/p>\n<p
