Segundo Janot, o partido usou inser\u00e7\u00f5es regionais da propaganda gratuita na televis\u00e3o para promover a ent\u00e3o pr\u00e9-candidata. De acordo com o procurador, as inser\u00e7\u00f5es foram veiculadas nos dias 21, 23 e 26 de maio.<\/p>\n<p>Na propaganda, foram apresentados n\u00fameros sobre a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do governo. &#8220;A propaganda partid\u00e1ria do PT, em forma de inser\u00e7\u00e3o, evidencia n\u00edtido desvirtuamento das finalidades do espa\u00e7o partid\u00e1rio, impregnando-o de car\u00e1ter eleitoral.
