150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/a>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) instaurou, em Mato Groso, um inqu\u00e9rito civil para apurar a qualidade dos servi\u00e7os de telefonia m\u00f3vel na cidade de Rondon\u00f3polis (215 Km de Cuib\u00e1) e regi\u00e3o sul do estado, locais onde, segundo den\u00fancias, o sinal de telefonia \u00e9 fraco ou inexistente.<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666;\" \/><br style=\"color: #666666;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O inqu\u00e9rito civil foi instaurado por meio da Portaria 49, que versa sobre os direitos e deveres da empresas de telefonia, assinada no dia 12 de agosto de 2014, assinada pelo procurador da Rep\u00fablica Guilherme Rocha G\u00f6pfert.<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666;\" \/><br style=\"color: #666666;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como primeira provid\u00eancia, o MPF em Rondon\u00f3polis ir\u00e1 solicitar novas informa\u00e7\u00f5es junto \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es (Anatel) para que esclare\u00e7a se as operadoras de telefonia m\u00f3vel que operam em Rondon\u00f3polis cumprem as normas que estabelecem par\u00e2metros m\u00ednimos de cobertura de sinal.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666;\" \/><br style=\"color: #666666;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para contribuir para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, as empresas Claro, Oi, Tim e Vivo dever\u00e3o fornecer informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a qualidade no sinal e as provid\u00eancias que v\u00eam adotando para solucionar o problema.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #666666;\" \/><br style=\"color: #666666;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Compete \u00e0 Anatel a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o e o uso dos servi\u00e7os e da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e funcionamento de redes de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es conforme consta na Lei 9.472\/1997.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p
