Os abusos teriam ocorrido quando a v\u00edtima tinha 7 e 9 anos. A confirma\u00e7\u00e3o foi feita pelo delegado Walter de Melo. A ocorr\u00eancia foi registrada no munic\u00edpio de Sorriso.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, pelo fato de a deten\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o ter sido em flagrante o acusado prestou esclarecimentos ao delegado de plant\u00e3o e foi liberado. No depoimento ele negou as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es, no entanto a menina confirmou que houve o contato sexual com o pai.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/p>\n<p>O caso veio \u00e0 tona ap\u00f3s o pr\u00f3prio suspeito ter, supostamente, contado o caso \u00e1 um amigo. O assunto vazou \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o que denunciou o caso \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/p>\n<p>O delegado solicitou exame de corpo e delito para comprovar se houve realmente o abuso sexual.
